Cody is the third-generation owner of VMW, Inc. He took on this role in 2013 following the sudden passing of his parents. In his youth, he spent summers sweeping the shop and being a sponge from a seasoned team of fabricators. He is dedicated to the ongoing refinements of our processes, as well as the sustained success of our staff and customers.

Lead Estimator // Account Manager

Alan’s journey is unique. At just 19, he began working for Cody’s grandfather in the mid-70s. Starting from the ground up, Alan quickly became my grandfather’s go to man. Over the years, Alan led Operations until recently handing over the reins to the next generation. With extensive knowledge in sheet metal fabrication, Alan consistently champions the most effective solutions for our customers, optimizing both pricing and methodology for their projects. We deeply appreciate his 47 years of unwavering dedication to the brand.

Operations Manager

Garett has been a dedicated member of VMW, Inc. for four years. He began his journey by cutting at our flat sheet laser, progressed to design, and now oversees operations. His deep expertise in sheet metal fabrication drives him to constantly seek improvements. Armed with his design and fabrication experience, Garett confidently leads our production team.

When asked about his daily goals, he replies, “Serve the Lord first and our customers second.”
